Should you wish to hold your wedding ceremony at Jacaranda Country Lodge we can help with any arrangements to have your wedding ceremony outside on the lawns or in our function centre.

At Jacaranda Country Lodge there are several options from which to choose, depending on your budget and the number of guests you wish to invite. Our professional and friendly staff will be more than pleased to explain the possible alternatives available to you and to help you to make an informed decision for your special day.

Whether you already know exactly the style of reception you want and just need help with the details, or feel completely overwhelmed with all the choices, we are happy to help provide informative ideas and options to turn your dream day into a reality and help you express your personal style.

One of the other great benefits of holding your wedding at Jacaranda Country Lodge is that we can provide accommodation for the bride and groom and for any of your guests. Our accommodation comprises of 12 comfortable and spacious rooms all with en-suites and outdoor courtyards. As part of your wedding package we provide early check-in and late check-out for the bridal party in order for the bride to dress and have photos taken on the grounds if you wish, before the ceremony takes place.

We are happy to meet with you and show you around our beautiful grounds and facilities and answer any of your questions. We believe you will not be disappointed.

THE VENUE

The Lodge provides you and your guests with the privacy and exclusivity you desire on this special occasion. The tariff gives you 5 hours use of the reception areas. It is requested that receptions end by 11:30pm.

Our indoor function centre can comfortably seat 70 guests, including the bridal party. However if you have a larger wedding in mind, you have the option of holding the event outside in our picturesque lawns. We can also arrange a marquee if you wish.

At Jacaranda Country Lodge we can cater for your meal whether it be finger food, buffet or a more formal meal. Alternatively you have the option of hiring a caterer. The choice and budget is entirely up to you.

As Jacaranda Country Lodge is a BYO venue, it affords you the opportunity to offer your guests a fine selection of alcoholic beverages at a reasonable price, as you have the freedom to supply your choice of wine, champagne, beer or spirits. We have facilities to chill your drinks and serve as you require. We provide a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages for sale at the bar (this incurred cost will be added to the final bill and is payable at the functions conclusion).

We regret that confetti is not allowed on the premises.

We are a smoke-free environment and as such expect patrons to refrain from smoking inside our facilities.

As this is your special day, we at Jacaranda Country Lodge would like to make it as memorable as possible. If you choose to stay in our beautiful accommodation for the night of your wedding we will provide the following indulgences as part of your package:

All rooms are appointed with an en-suite, television, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and private courtyard.

Jacaranda Country Lodge has a floodlit tennis court, a swimming pool, sauna, billiard table and its own fishing jetty on the Nambucca River. The exclusive use of all these facilities are inclusive in the rates.
